📝Follow The Rules For Leave / Absence

• ★ Attendance is mandatory on the first and last day of each term.
• ★ Students must arrive before school starts.
• ★ Late arrival or early leaving must be recorded in the diary with signatures from the Class Teacher and Principal to attend class.
• ★ Absences longer than 3 days due to illness require a medical certificate on return.
• ★ Parents must fill out a Record for Leave form for each absent day, stating the reason.
• ★ Students absent the previous day need a written excuse from parents addressed to the Class Teacher for readmission.
• ★ Leave for out-of-town travel requires prior Principal approval.
• ★ In emergencies, parents must report to the Principal; direct classroom visits are prohibited.
• ★ Students with infectious diseases cannot attend school; irregular attendance may lead to dismissal.

⏳ Quarantine Periods

• ★ Chickenpox: Until scabs have completely healed.
• ★ Cholera: Until fully recovered.
• ★ Measles: Three weeks after rash disappears.
• ★ Mumps: Until swelling subsides (~1 month).
• ★ Jaundice: Six weeks post-recovery.
• ★ Dengue: Until complete recovery.
