β Remarks made in the diary should be read and countersigned regularly. Use the diary to communicate with the Class Teacher regarding any concerns.

β To discuss academic progress, you may meet the Class Teacher on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday after school hours.
β Please do not visit classrooms directly or meet teachers/children during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.
β Parents must attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to stay updated on their childβs progress.
π Attendance & Academic Engagement
β Ensure your child brings only the books required as per the timetable.
β Do not send your child to school on days with medical or social appointments during school hours. Children will not be allowed to leave early.
β If absent, your child should complete all missed classwork/homework promptly.
β Encourage a balanced interest in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities.
β Regular English conversation at home will help your child gain fluency and confidence, aligning with the school's English-medium instruction.
π Safety, Discipline & Conduct
β Students must be careful with their belongings. Clearly label all items with name, class, and section (including water bottles, blazers, etc.).
β Fancy watches, gadgets (mobiles, calculators, transistors), and jewelry are prohibited. Confiscated items will not be returned, and the school is not responsible for any losses.
β Escorted students will not be allowed to leave until their escort arrives. In case of delay, they must report to the school office.
β Students must attend all academic and activity periods (games, library, etc.) without fail.
β οΈ Disciplinary Measures
β The school reserves the right to suspend students with poor academic progress or inappropriate conduct.
β Unfair means in exams will result in a zero in the subject and a warning letter. Repeated offenses may lead to suspension.
β In cases of consistent underperformance, the school holds the right to withhold promotion to the next class.
